Running tips #5 – Energy flash!

No, not the Joey Beltram tune you idiot. I’m talking the energy flash that comes in the form of a sports drink. If you are running over 45 minutes then this is a must-have. It boosts your performance and keeps you going like a Duracell Bunny in lyrca. Opt for the classic Lucozade Sport, but go for the Lite. If you do opt for the original – you’d be amazed how many shops don’t stock the Lite version – decanter half of it and fill the bottle up with water. Boom!
